It’s completely normal to feel a little nervous about booking a boudoir session. For many of my clients, this might be the first time they’ve stepped in front of a camera in such an intimate way, or even at all. But I want you to know that those initial nerves are part of the journey, and you’ll leave the session feeling more confident than ever.
Here are a few common fears I hear from my clients, and how we work through them.
**“I’m not confident in my body right now.”**
It doesn’t matter what shape or size you are; boudoir photography is for *every* body. I offer a full client closet with sizes ranging from small to 4X, so you’ll have plenty of beautiful outfits to choose from that flatter your unique figure. My goal is to help you feel confident and comfortable, and I’ll guide you through the entire process to ensure you feel empowered.
**“I’ve never done anything like this before.”**
That’s totally okay! Most of my clients have never done a boudoir session before, but by the end, they feel like pros. I provide full posing guidance from head to toe, so you don’t need to worry about knowing how to pose. All you have to do is show up, and I’ll take care of the rest. **“I’m nervous about being vulnerable.”**
Feeling vulnerable is natural, especially when you’re trying something new. But I want to assure you that my studio is a judgment-free zone where your comfort and confidence are my top priorities. **“I don’t know how to do my hair and makeup”**
Thats fine! I provide a professional hair makeup artists to all my clients before their sessions to get them all glammed up! They take care to understand your desires for your makeup look, whether it’s soft and natural, or full glam!
